Volunteers & Yoga Teachers we are forever grateful:
Christian Kline
So many elements of my life have been influenced by yoga: my physical and mental health, friendships, career, challenges and goals. Most importantly, a consistent yoga practice has helped calm my mind that was too often running at speeds that weren’t helpful to others or myself. Physically, I’ve gained strength and flexibility and have maintained great health for the ten years I’ve practiced Bikram Yoga. Meeting my own eyes in the mirror and seeing what I’m capable of — pushing myself as well as being kind to myself — has been a life-altering experience.
My goal in teaching is to help others also use yoga to heal themselves and to keep themselves happy and healthy. As a teacher, I empathize with the students and try to impart why the challenge is key to growth. Through teaching I continue to learn more about how to teach better and how to learn better, as well as how to be better.

Bernadette Moore 2011 - 2015
Bgrace founder, Bernadette Moore stumbled upon a 4:30 yoga class at Bikram Pasadena Yoga Studio 13 years ago; and from then on she’s been hooked. As a yoga instructor and ambassador for social change, Bernadette has since donated time, energy and yoga postures to her local community.
One such organization is UpRising Yoga (URY). They provide yoga to at-risk youth and communities who need it the most. URY teaches classes every Tuesday night at Los Angeles Juvenile Hall. They follow the belief that yoga has the power to help heal individuals regardless of the setting. Bgrace was happy to provide gifts to the youth at the Los Angeles Juvenile Hall URY annual holiday party, in support of their cause. http://www.bgracedesigns.com
